1. Gather information for your energy calculation
- Scope of work ( addition, alteration, new construction, ADU, second unit, studio, etc. )
- Floor plan(s)
- Elevation Views (optional)
- Orientation of Building (North arrow)
- Average ceiling height
- Floor construction: slab, raised, etc.
- Roof construction: cathedral, attic, etc.
- Heating and Cooling Equipment details:
  - Describe existing: Split A/C System, Packaged Unit, Heat Pump, Wall Heater, etc.
  - If project has an added or replaced Heating/Cooling Equipment, please, describe proposed: Split A/C System, Packaged Unit, Heat Pump, etc. / gas, propane, electric / # of units / serving zones
- Hot Water System details:
  - If project add or replace Water Heater, please, describe proposed: tank, instantaneous, etc. / gas, propane, electric
  - Number of units
  - Serving Zones
- Project Details:
  - Project name and address
  - Project designer name, address, phone (can be owner)
